Phil is Adam’s dad and co-chair/co-president of Strong Like AK.

He is the owner of Kincaid Custom Woodworks, LLC. They specialize in Interior Trim, Framing and General Contracting. Phil is married to Emily and they have 2 daughters, Cambrie (7) and Channing (5). In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family and friends. Phil enjoys traveling, playing golf, snowboarding, boating and playing ice hockey. He is a member of City Church in Gastonia. 

 

Phil is passionate about Strong Like AK because he is eager to support those in need much like his family was supported during Adam's journey.  As his family struggled with Adam’s diagnosis, the community rallied behind them. Phil wants to do the same for others in Adam’s name to keep his memory alive.
